When you use the contact information on the website

We use this data only to answer your query or respond to your communication. We are processing this data because we have a legitimate interest in promoting our products and services. If your enquiry results in you considering us as a supplier of services, we will process your personal information in connection with negotiating a contract.

Your information is held on our own systems, with password-protected access, and is not passed to any third party. We will keep your information until we no longer have any need to communicate with you, typically 12 months after our last contact. Your data does not leave the UK or European Economic Area.

When you purchase a service from us

We collect your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address. We process this data on the basis of the contract between us. Data is held on our own systems in the UK and kept for a period of six years from the end of any service provision, in line with our professional record-keeping obligations.
