Led by Andrew Brenton

IOLIS ARC is led by Andrew Brenton, a legally educated governance and continuity specialist with an extensive background in banking & finance, petrochemical industries, sport and commercial law & governance, safeguarding, equality, and data protection.

Andrew brings a measured, strategic approach to client work, informed by experience across both sport and commercial governance. He combines legal insight with operational realism, and is known for work that is quietly rigorous – built on principle, not performance.

Andrew advises across both regulated and devolved governance contexts. Being educated to Masters level and with an undergraduate degree in journalism, Andrew communicates complex ideas simply and credibly to stakeholders.
